Don Totusek is a partner in the Dallas law firm of Francis & Totusek, L.L.P. Don graduated with honors from The University of Texas School of Law in Austin after receiving his B.S. in Accounting from Oklahoma State University.

Don's law practice is primarily focused on estate planning, probate, and related matters, and he has been Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for nearly 25 years. His practice includes assisting clients in planning to effectively dispose of their property to their desired beneficiaries, adopting strategies to reduce or eliminate federal estate taxes, and drafting related estate planning documents to implement those strategies, including Wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, documents planning for disability, premarital agreements, marital property agreements, and formation of business entities and 501(c) tax-exempt organizations.

Don has been active in the Real Estate Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas (REPTL) where he served as a member of the REPTL Council for four years, and as a member, co-chair, and chair of the Power of Attorney and Advance Directive (PAAD) Committee for more than 10 years.

Don and his wife, Patsy, have three adult sons. Don and Patsy attend Trinity Bible Church of Richardson, Texas.

Dan Farell is a personal financial planner and owner of Farell Financial Advisory Services. As a financial planner, he helps others create and achieve life and financial goals, and exercise financial accountability and stewardship. His practice is built on the belief that, whether modest or abundant, we must all be accountable for the wise use of our financial resources, just as with all our time, talents, and gifts. Accordingly, he advices in all areas of financial planning, tax planning, investment planning, portfolio management, risk management, retirement planning, estate planning, and charitable planning.

Dan received his BBA in accounting and finance from East Texas A&M University in 1972. He is a CPA, CFP, PFS, and CKA. He is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and the Certification Program in Financial Planning at SMU.

Dan presently serves as a board member of the Institute for Creation Research and MEDIA Alliance. He is an active member of his church - Highland Baptist in Waco. Prior to moving to Wace, he was a member of First Baptist Dallas, where he served as a deacon officer, Sunday School leader, and Pastor's Prayer Partner. He and his wife, Linda, have five children and eighteen grandchildren.

Regina J. Krieg, CGPA, serves as the Donor Relations & Stewardship Manager at the Institute for Creation Research (ICR) in Dallas, Texas. With a strong background in planned giving and donor engagement, she oversees charitable gift annuities, trusts, and estate planning services designed to help individuals support ICR's mission through lasting, legacy-driven generosity.

Regina has over a decade of non-profit experience and is a Gift Planning Associate through Crescendo. She specializes in helping donors navigate the options and benefits of planning giving from contract creation and state filings to audits and legacy communication. She was honored with a nomination for Crescendo's 2023 eMarketer of the Year for her innovation in donor outreach.

With a heart for stewardship and a passion for ministry, she is committed to helping believers align their financial legacy with their faith.
