"Know ye that the LORD He is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture" (Psalm 100:3).

"And all the people gathered themselves together as one man into the street that was before the water gate; and they spake unto Ezra the scribe to bring the book of the law of Moses, which the LORD had commanded to Israel" (Nehemiah 8:1).

"I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me" (Philippians 4:12-13).

The Great Commission, as it is known, is broader than many Christians realize. First of all, it involves Christians being sent into all the world. "As my Father hath sent me," said Jesus to the disciples, "even so send I you" (John 20:21).

"But my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:19).
