• You may return items purchased from ICR's online store within 30 days.
  
• To make a return: Please call 800.628.7640 to place a return request, or
  
• Please send an email to orders@icr.org with your name, phone, and order number.
  
• If you leave a voicemail or send an email, ICR will contact you to arrange returns or replacements.
