He Doth Devise Means

“For we must needs die, and are as water spilt on the ground, which cannot be gathered up again; neither doth God respect any person: yet doth He devise means, that His banished be not expelled from Him” (II Samuel 14:14).

Judging Others

“Judge not, that ye be not judged” (Matthew 7:1).

Confession And Forgiveness

“He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy” (Proverbs 28:13).

Coming In And Going Out

“And Moses spake unto the LORD, saying, Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd” (Numbers 27:15–17).

Running To Christ

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe” (Proverbs 18:10).

When one realizes that he is lost and that only Christ can save him, he should not delay a moment, but come immediately to Christ. There are, in fact, several men in the New Testament who actually ran to Him.
