Christ Came To Die

“And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men: And they shall kill Him, and the third day He shall be raised again. And they were exceeding sorry” (Matthew 17:22,23).

Behold The Lamb

“And looking upon Jesus as He walked, he saith, Behold the Lamb of God!” (John 1:36).

No More Tears

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away” (Revelation 21:4).

The One Real God

“For all the gods of the nations are idols: but the LORD made the heavens” (Psalm 96:5)

As the Apostle Paul reminded the Corinthian Christians, “Though there be [many] that are called gods, . . . to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by Him” (I Corinthians 8:5,6).

What A Difference A Day Makes

“And when He was come nigh, even now at the descent of the mount of Olives, the whole multitude of the disciples began to rejoice and praise God with a loud voice for all the mighty works that they had seen; Saying, Blessed be the King that cometh in the name of the Lord: peace in heaven, and glory in the highest” (Luke 19:37,38).
