"Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you." (Philippians 4:9)

"Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand." (Philippians 4:5)

There are three important aspects to this instruction. First, we are to be "moderate," the core meaning of which is to be equitable or fair, with further associations of mild and gentle.
