Fish evolution remains an enigma. Evolutionists can only say fish first “appeared” over a half-billion years ago.¹ Creationists recognize fish have always been fish since their creation just thousands of years ago. Indeed, when fish are found entombed in sedimentary rock they are always fish, not their alleged evolutionary relatives.

Ichthyosaurs are marine reptiles that occur globally in the same rock layers as dinosaurs. Specimens with babies support the idea that they gave live birth, unlike most of today’s reptiles.

Yet another fish fossil has been discovered. This one was found in the Australian desert and was dated by evolutionists to be “15 million years old.”¹ Like finding a 100% dinosaur fossil, this is a 100% fish fossil belonging to the smelt family (Osmeridae).

Straddling the border of Utah and Colorado, Dinosaur National Monument (DNM) is one of the richest exposures of dinosaur fossils in the world.¹ But not just dinosaurs are on display. DNM also contains equally breathtaking rock exposures and sheer canyons.

It is widely known that vast numbers of fossils—vertebrate and invertebrate—have been discovered incredibly well-preserved.^1,2 Such preservation points clearly to a sudden, catastrophic event that overwhelmed and buried creatures in multiple tons of sedimentary rock—like a massive flood perhaps.
