For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
 

55:9 higher than the earth. This analogy, comparing the infinite thoughts of God to the very finite thoughts of man, would suggest that the heavens are infinitely higher than the earth. There is no end to space.
