CEO Statement on Rob Bell

One of the star false prophets of our day is Rob Bell. He founded Mars Hill Bible Church and wrote a bestseller entitled Love Wins that denies a literal hell. Both his church and his book are openly defiant against the message of Scripture, and after a stint on Oprah, Bell is now touring the country setting up seminars to tout the blessings of such New Age luminaries as Deepak Chopra, the Sufi mystic and poet Rumi, and the renegade Catholic theologian Pierre Teilhard de Chardin. I’m beginning to wonder if his liberal alma maters of Wheaton College and Fuller Theological Seminary are on the edge of branding him a false prophet too.

Rob Bell is a very dangerous man. Jesus said that this kind of man will “come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves” (Matthew 7:15).
