Coming In And Going Out

“And Moses spake unto the LORD, saying, Let the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, set a man over the congregation, Which may go out before them, and which may go in before them, and which may lead them out, and which may bring them in; that the congregation of the LORD be not as sheep which have no shepherd” (Numbers 27:15–17).

Running To Christ

“The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe” (Proverbs 18:10).

When one realizes that he is lost and that only Christ can save him, he should not delay a moment, but come immediately to Christ. There are, in fact, several men in the New Testament who actually ran to Him.

The Abounding Life

“And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work” (II Corinthians 9:8).

Feeding On Truth Or Wind

“Trust in the LORD, and do good; so shalt thou dwell in the land, and verily thou shalt be fed” (Psalm 37:3).

The “two” Books Of Isaiah

“Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, saith your God. Speak ye comfortably to Jerusalem, and cry unto her, that her warfare is accomplished, that her iniquity is pardoned: for she hath received of the LORD’S hand double for all her sins” (Isaiah 40:1,2).
