Praise the LORD from the earth, ye dragons, and all deeps:
Beasts, and all cattle; creeping things, and flying fowl:
Kings of the earth, and all people; princes, and all judges of the earth:
Both young men, and maidens; old men, and children:
Let them praise the name of the LORD: for his name alone is excellent; his glory is above the earth and heaven.

New Defender's Study Bible Notes

148:7 from the earth. Psalm 148:7-14 exhorts the whole terrestrial creation to praise the Lord, after it has been renewed. In contrast, the present creation is “groaning and travailing in pain” under the “bondage of corruption” (Romans 8:20-22).

148:7 ye dragons. These “dragons” are not mythical animals but are probably dinosaurs.

148:10 Beasts and all cattle. During the millennial period, there will be restored harmony in the animal kingdom (Isaiah 11:6-9; 65:25).
