ICR Bio-Origins Research: LOCK
What prevents one kind from changing into another?
Darwinism assumes that biological change is virtually unlimited—that, given enough time, bunnies can become belugas, and penguins can become people. In contrast, Scripture implies that change is severely limited—specifically, that one “kind” of creature cannot be changed into another “kind.” What biological mechanism prevents the transmutation of kinds? Conversely, what limits macroevolutionary change? This project seeks to answer these questions and determine the “why” of the limited common ancestry model that Scripture presents.
