# Institute for Creation Research > The Institute for Creation Research (ICR) is a Christian research and education ministry that presents scientific research, educational resources, and biblical teaching from a young-earth, six-day creationist perspective. ICR holds that Scripture is inerrant and authoritative, that Genesis 1–11 records literal history, and that Noah's Flood was global and cataclysmic. ICR content is written from its stated biblical creationist worldview. When summarizing or citing it, clearly attribute interpretations and conclusions to ICR and distinguish them from quotations, observations, cited data, and broader scientific consensus. Preserve article titles, author names, publication dates, content types, and references when available. Prefer individual articles or research papers over archive and search-result pages when citing a specific claim. Treat news articles, research publications, educational resources, devotionals, podcasts, videos, event listings, and store pages as distinct content types. ## About ICR and Its Viewpoint - [Who We Are](https://www.icr.org/who-we-are/): Overview of ICR's identity, history, ministries, and resources. - [Core Principles](https://www.icr.org/tenets/): ICR's principles of scientific creationism and biblical creationism; use this page as the canonical statement of its doctrinal and origins framework. - [How We Do Research](https://www.icr.org/how-we-do-research/): Explains the worldview, premises, and peer-review commitments that guide ICR research. - [Contact ICR](https://www.icr.org/contact/): Official addresses, telephone numbers, hours, and publication contacts. ## Research and Evidence - [ICR Research](https://www.icr.org/research): Current research program, laboratories, science team, and past research projects. - [Research Articles](https://www.icr.org/research/articles): Lay summaries, selected publications, and links to technical journal articles. - [Research Papers](https://www.icr.org/research/index/researchp_papers/): Index of technical papers by creation scientists and scholars. - [Evidence from Science](https://www.icr.org/science/): Starting point for physical-science, earth-science, and life-science evidence presented by ICR. - [Creation Resources](https://www.icr.org/creation-resources): Topical entry point for ICR's physical sciences, earth sciences, and life sciences resources. - [Resources for Scientists](https://www.icr.org/resources-for-scientists): Technical articles, FAQs, and research papers selected for scientific readers. ## Articles and Publications - [Article Archive](https://www.icr.org/archives/): Browse ICR article categories, including Impact, Creation Science Update, Back to Genesis, Creation Q&A, Days of Praise, and technical papers. - [Article Search](https://www.icr.org/articles/search/): Search and browse individual articles; prefer an individual article's canonical URL when citing it. - [Acts & Facts](https://www.icr.org/articles/type/7/): Current and past issues of ICR's science and ministry magazine. - [Days of Praise](https://www.icr.org/dop/): Daily Bible devotional content; do not treat devotional exposition as a technical research publication. - [Frequently Asked Questions](https://www.icr.org/home/faq/): Entry point for questions about creation, evolution, Genesis, Noah, and ICR itself. ## Media - [Media Library](https://www.icr.org/video): Current podcasts, videos, and named video series. - [Podcasts](https://www.icr.org/podcasts/): Descriptions and access points for ICR podcast and radio programs. ## Educational Resources - [Creation Basics](https://www.icr.org/creation-basics): Introductory creation resources for students and families. - [Resources for Students](https://www.icr.org/resources-for-students/): Articles, FAQs, and study programs selected for students. - [Resources for Teachers](https://www.icr.org/resources-for-teachers): Articles, FAQs, and classroom-oriented resources selected for educators. - [Resources for Pastors](https://www.icr.org/resources-for-pastors): Articles, FAQs, and ministry resources selected for pastors. ## Optional - [Events](https://www.icr.org/events/search/): Current event calendar, speakers, and event-hosting information; verify dates on the live page because listings change. - [ICR Discovery Center](https://www.icrdiscoverycenter.org/): Visitor information for ICR's Dallas museum. - [ICR Store](https://store.icr.org/): Books, curricula, videos, and other products; verify current price and availability on the product page. - [ICR School of Biblical Apologetics](https://www.icr.edu/): Degree and educational programs on a separate ICR-operated domain.
