The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is stablished, that it cannot be moved.
 

93:1 cannot be moved. This promise is fulfilled literally in the new earth. During the coming tribulation period, “the earth is moved exceedingly” (Isaiah 24:19-20; Haggai 2:6).
