They are of those that rebel against the light; they know not the ways thereof, nor abide in the paths thereof.
 

24:13 rebel against the light. God has provided spiritual light to all men in one degree or another. The tragedy is that most men rebel against whatever light they have, and thus prevent God from giving them more light (see John 3:19-21).
