And thou shalt dwell in the land of Goshen, and thou shalt be near unto me, thou, and thy children, and thy children's children, and thy flocks, and thy herds, and all that thou hast:
 

45:10 land of Goshen. This land was at the northeast corner of Egypt, and was sparsely occupied at this early period of history. It was in the fertile Nile delta and was an ideal region for Jacob’s family to settle and grow into a new nation. It was well suited also for the grazing of their cattle.
