3:23 heartily. Whatever we do should be done heartily (Ecclesiastes 9:10), “in the name of the Lord Jesus” (Colossians 3:17), “to the glory of God” (I Corinthians 10:31).

Colossians 3:24

3:24 the Lord Christ. This is the only occurrence of the name “Lord Christ.”
